Allison focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, including insurance coverage and bad faith arising out of underinsured and uninsured motorist claims, claims for first party benefits, as well as product liability, professional liability, mass tort, and construction litigation. Allison also has experience researching and analyzing complex legal issues in the areas of first and third party insurance coverage, including automobile and homeowners, workers’ compensation, CGL, and bad faith.
Allison earned her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and her law degree from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she was a staff writer and executive editor of the Temple University Political & Civil Rights Law Review.
