Alexandra Fahringer

Associate

Alex concentrates her practice on real estate and corporate law. She has experience counseling clients on real estate transactions, for-profit acquisitions, and nonprofit matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex was an associate in the business services department of an NLJ 500 firm. There, she served as the sole or primary associate on a wide range of loan transactions and commercial and residential real estate transactions. She also managed M&A transactions from diligence to closing and assisted in drafting construction contracts.

Alex maintains an active nonprofit and pro bono practice, including as a volunteer attorney with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and Philadelphia VIP. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, where she was a senior editor for Rutgers University Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A. with distinction from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
