A former Virginia assistant attorney general joined Cozen O'Connor's state attorneys general group in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Siran Faulders, who had spent much of her private practice career at Troutman Sanders LLP, now known as Troutman Pepper, is joining Cozen O'Connor as a shareholder.
"I would say, what's unique about them is that not only are they serious legal practitioners, they can do it all," Faulders said of the attorney practice when speaking to Law360 on Monday. "They litigate, they negotiate and they educate."
