FTC and $391-Million State AG Case Put Location Data Enforcement on the Map

Companies such as Google and Kochava have been under intense scrutiny from state AGs and the FTC for their location tracking and data collection practices. Payouts from recent settlements between Google and multiple states will provide additional resources for privacy enforcement by states.
