Cozen O'Connor has added an attorney to its state attorneys general group who spent two years as Virginia's deputy attorney general under Mark Herring and has a range of professional experience in public service and private practice, the firm said in a Wednesday news release.
Stephen Cobb joins Cozen O'Connor's state attorneys general group as a member and will continue his practice advising clients on government investigations and other issues, the firm said. He's based in the firm's Washington, D.C., office and joins from Holland & Knight, where he worked as a partner for two and a half years,
