David Reichenberg and Sarah Schlossberg contributed an article to the February issue of ALI CLE’s The Practical Lawyer discussing how universal calls for equity have accelerated over the past two years thanks to the pandemic. They explain how there is an increased focus on institutional racism, and prolific social media attention on social justice problems, which has led to a noticeable increase in cross-race and cross-gender allyship.
