She writes about it in the context of a child custody matter, where the minor children stay in the family home while the parents take turns going in and out of the home on a scheduled rotation. “Nesting can play a role in getting from point A to B. While it is not ideal for everyone, it certainly is a good mid-step while parents figure out where they ultimately want to be,” explains Jennifer.
