Put simply, employers should look to the last few years of the administration of President Barack Obama as a guide to where the new administration will go. It is likely that the Biden administration will not only reinstitute many of Obama's labor initiatives, but it also will amplify and expand them. Why does Dan say that? Well, in this instance, labor lawyers need not read the tea leaves to guess the positions Biden will take on labor issues. There is no mystery whatsoever.
