Richard Fama, Abby Sacunas and Denise Bense, all members of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation department, will be speaking at this event in Las Vegas. Rich will be moderating a panel called "Defending Product Labeling Claims," in which in-house counsel will discuss what companies must consider in developing product labels and strategies for defending lawsuits. Abby will be speaking on "Cybersecurity and Mass Tort Liability," and will discuss how the medical device industry became a target for hackers, lawsuits, and regulations. Denise will be the vice-chair of the Consumer Goods and Office Equipment session.
