Vadim Bragnisky, counsel of Cozen O'Connor's Intellectual Property department, co-authored a chapter about the first to file patent system in the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. Patent reform in the United States was the focus of a major legislative push in 2005 with the introduction of the Patent Reform Act of 2005 in the House of Representatives.
