David Zambito will serve as a faculty planner and moderate the “Bar Panel” at the Public Utility Bench Bar Conference, hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. David will join private practitioners, in-house counsel, public advocates, and Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission administrative law judges to discuss legal developments and deepen the relationship between the bench and the bar.
