Kimberly Petrina will speak on the panel “You’re Out of Time: Implications of Time Limit Demands and Claims of Bad Faith” at the CLM 2024 Annual Conference in San Francisco, California. The session will cover the relevant, jurisdictionally specific case law pertaining to policy limit demands. The speakers will discuss practical claims strategies for responding to these demands, including considerations of the technical deficiencies of many of these demands.
