Cassandra Jacobsen will participate in the “Understanding Workplace Policies: Minnesota’s New Paid Family and Medical Leave and More” executive session with the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. 2023 was a significant year at the legislature for changes in policy requirements for the workplace. This panel will discuss newly enacted policies, particularly the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) law, and the timeline of its requirements. Panelists will also pose questions that each organization should consider as we head into late 2024 and 2025.
