Howard Krooks will present "Trust Protectors: The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly" at Stetson University's National Conference on Special Needs Planning and Special Needs Trusts. The session will provide a detailed analysis of the use of Trust Protectors nationally and an overview of states that provide statutory authority.
