Keri Schaubert will present “To Dance or Not to Dance? Updated Venue Selection Matrices for a Maturing Biosimilar Industry” at the American Conference Institute’s 15th Summit on Biosimilars & Innovator Biologics. Keri will share the fundamentals of the “patent dance” and factors to consider when choosing between the BPCIA, PTAB, and district courts. She will discuss the Purple Book and how it can inform venue selection, litigation, and launch strategy. The panel will also review preliminary injunctions and the concept of irreparable harm from the innovator and biosimilar perspective.
