The Future of Restrictive Covenants

Jeffrey Pasek will present “The Future of Restrictive Covenants” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Business Law Institute 2024. Jeff will explore the latest developments involving efforts by the Federal Trade Commission to ban noncompete agreements, which are being hotly litigated in the courts. He will also discuss the new Pennsylvania statute, which goes into effect on January 1, 2025, restricting the ability of employers and health care practitioners to enter into noncompete agreements.
