They will discuss the significance of the NLRB’s recent Cemex decision, which dramatically changed the framework for union organizing; provide guidance on best practices under the NLRB’s recent McLaren McComb decision, which overturned decades of precedent concerning the language employers may use in severance, settlement, and other agreements with their employees; and provide a status update on the NLRB's new joint employer rule, which was supposed to go into effect in March 2024.
