Susan Stauss will present the “Model State Structured Settlement Protection Act” session at the National Council of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) Spring Meeting. Susan will discuss factoring of structured settlements, structured settlement protection acts (SSPA), and the NCOIL model SSPA. She will also respond to legislators’ questions on structured settlements during this session.
