Anthony J. Morrone will present “Lightning-Induced CSST Fire Claims & Litigation” at the IAAI’s 75th Anniversary International Training Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The presentation will provide an overview of CSST, and discuss accepted methodologies for conducting scene investigations where CSST may be involved. The presenters will also focus on the present status of litigation regarding CSST, including conceptual approaches to proving liability and defenses often raised in these cases.
