Jay Dorsch will speak on the “Agency Announcements and Guidance: ESG, Secure 2.0, Fiduciary Rule” panel at the ABA Employee Benefits Committee Midwinter Meeting. The panel will explore Congress's technical corrections to last year’s Secure 2.0 Act and how federal agencies with ERISA responsibilities continue to fashion regulatory programs to address ongoing plan administration issues. Jay will discuss recent regulatory efforts to implement Secure 2.0, DOL initiatives related to cryptocurrency and ESG, and the proposed fiduciary rule.
