Ira Bodenstein will present “Affinity Fraud: Scams, Scoundrels, and Receiverships” at the National Association of Federal Equity Receiver (NAFER)’s first Receivers’ Huddle of 2024.
The panel will discuss affinity frauds through the lens of receivership actions and how to deal with their aftermath. The presentation will also offer tips on spotting the signs and signals of such frauds, how to avoid and report fraud, and mitigating the effects.
