Mark Vacha will participate in a panel discussion titled “The Public Finance Transaction Playbook & Staying Out of Trouble, Municipal Bond” at the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s 81st Annual Conference & Trade Show. The panelists will discuss municipal bond offering strategy and the benefits for issuer board members, solicitors, and other officials. They will also examine recent trends and risk management for complex securities, tax, and regulatory concerns faced by bond market participants.
