Lawrence Prosen will speak on the panel “The Infrastructure Bill One Year Later: Funding Construction Projects” at the Legal Framework for Successful Infrastructure and Large Construction Projects 2023 hosted by the Practising Law Institute. This panel will cover the process of obtaining and completing funding of large construction projects under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Larry will discuss the funding requirements under the IIJA, how funds are channeled through state agencies, and how to prepare for and tackle the “new” strings attached to funding.
