Kathy Tang will present “Public Companies: Financing, Governance and Compliance” at Simon Fraser University. Kathy will discuss the information needed to comply with Canada’s complex system of securities regulation, specifically about TSX/TSX Venture Exchange requirements. The program will also address fundamentals of corporate governance, securities law, shareholder communications, investor relations, and directors’ powers, functions, and liabilities.
