Pete Fontaine will present “PFAS Regulatory Landscape Update” at the Environment Virginia Symposium hosted by Virginia Military Institute’s Center for Leadership & Ethics. Pete will discuss regulatory and legal developments affecting the entire multitude of PFAS at increasingly stricter levels of toxicological concern. He will also provide an overview of the regulatory approaches more than 20 states are taking for PFAS in their drinking water.
