Mariah Passarelli will speak at PHRA's 75th anniversary conference. Pay transparency policies can be a helpful tool in efforts to narrow the gender pay gap and foster trust amongst employees. Mariah will discuss the growing body of state legislation mandating pay transparency and identify some unintended negative consequences employers may face when implementing such policies. She will also identify the associated legal risks and how they can be mitigated.
