Pay equity and transparency continue to be a hot topic and challenge in California. The state has continued to expand its pay disclosure and pay reporting requirements and we do not expect this trend to change anytime soon. This program will examine developments in recent state laws, federal pay equity initiatives, and agency enforcement. They will also look at the increased focus on pay equity issues on ESG activism.
