Michael Klein will present “Impacts of Attacks on Power Systems on Public Water Systems” at the 2023 Water Works Operators' Association of Pennsylvania Conference. Michael will discuss the increase in physical attacks on U.S. power systems and their impact on water and wastewater operations. He will share strategies to bolster power systems, the importance of resiliency measures like generators and microgrids in grid attack scenarios, as well as legal standards and liability concerns.
