Ellen Morris will present "Fiduciary Litigation: Common Breaches of Trust" at the 11th Annual Estate Planning Symposium hosted by the Estate Planning Council Of Greater Miami. Jason Domark, vice president and coordinator for the symposium, will serve as master of ceremonies.
During her presentation, Ellen will discuss identifying common breaches to enable the professional to protect the trustee from committing a breach of trust and common causes of action to allow the professional to sue a trustee for breach of trust. She will also address breaches for imprudent investing, failing to account, and acting in conflict with other beneficiaries and the trustee's self-interest.
