David Zambito will moderate the panel discussion “Fair Market Value Acquisitions by Public Utilities of Municipally-Owned Water and Wastewater Systems” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Public Utility Law Conference 2023. The program will address the growing financial, operational, and environmental challenges of municipally owned water and wastewater systems, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission’s affirmative public benefits test for approval of acquisitions, and the methodologies used by Utility Valuation Experts for appraisals of water and wastewater systems.
