Cassandra Jacobsen will participate in the panel discussion titled, “Coffee Chat Review of 2023 and Look Forward to 2024,” a webinar hosted by the Minnesota State Bar Association. The panel will discuss trends they’ve seen in their practices in 2023 and what they anticipate will be big in 2024. This program will touch on a variety of topics including mediation and deposition trends, experiences with various technology, relevant cases and legislation from 2023, and expectations for what is to come in 2024.
