Peter Roberts will serve on a panel for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Central States Bankruptcy Workshop. Peter and the other panelists will discuss mass torts and insurance issues, focusing on the benefits of the bankruptcy court as a forum to resolve mass torts, and the underlying insurance issues that typically arise in that context. The panel will also cover recent cases such as the Third Circuit’s LTL Management decision and the pending Seventh Circuit appeal in the Aearo Technologies case.
