Kristi Zentner and Heather Marx will present “Advising Minnesota Companies Doing Business Abroad – 10 Key Issues to Know When Buying or Selling Goods or Services Internationally” at Minnesota CLE’s 2023 Business Law Institute. They will cover topics such as negotiating international goods, services, and contracts as well as discuss considerations regarding the enforcement and remedies of international supply contracts. Kristi and Heather will also provide an overview of international considerations such as trade climate and managing trade strategies.
