Christian Moretti will serve on a panel discussing “New Trends of Internationalization for Italian Companies” organized by the Ruling Companies in association with Omnia. Christian will discuss current U.S. investment trends and drivers as well as the best practices for competing in the U.S. market. He will highlight the recent experience of Cozen O'Connor's Italy Practice in supporting Italian companies in accessing the U.S. capital markets and re-shoring or expanding their manufacturing capabilities in the U.S. to mitigate supply chain disruptions and tariff uncertainty and increase their competitiveness in the U.S. market. Christian also will discuss the impact on Italian companies doing business in China of the U.S. government’s recent sanctions and export control rules and friend-shoring initiatives.
