Matt Weinstein and James Van Orden will present “Winds of Change: Climate Change & Its Effect on Real Estate” at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Greater Philadelphia’s In-Person In-house Counsel Conference (IHCC). Matt and James will discuss important issues confronting real estate developers, investors, tenants, and owners, including issues affected by the increased risk of fires, floods, tornados, and other acts of nature. The program will include examples of current issues, solutions, and strategies to mitigate the risk of climate change-related matters affecting the real estate holdings of businesses.
