Michael D. Rafalko will present “What’s the “New Normal?” Developments in the Legal and Regulatory Landscape for LTCI” at the Long Term Care International Forum Annual Conference. Michael will present alongside Nolan Tully of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP. The Long Term Care International Forum is a voluntary, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and high standards of performance in long-term care insurance. The LTCI provides a forum for research, education, personal development, and the exchange of ideas relating to various aspects of long-term care administration.
