Heather Marx spoke on the “Update on Student Loans and Bankruptcy” panel at the 2022 Bankruptcy Institute for Minnesota CLE. The panelists discussed the current state of student loans in Minnesota and around the country. Heather also discussed the recent trends in student loan litigation and strategies for bankruptcy attorneys who represent debtors with student loans.
