Larry M. Prosen and Towner French will present “The Infrastructure Bill and Government Contracts Issues” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Construction Projects and Infrastructure 2022 program.
The in-person and online program will discuss key parts of the recently passed Infrastructure Bill and focus on the impact of its heightened interest in engineering. The speakers will also explain the unique issues with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based and other government contracts and define regulatory and procedural challenges.
