Lucy Schilling will serve as chair and presenter for “Securities Fundamentals 2022: Plans of Arrangement,” a webinar hosted by The Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLEBC). This course will provide a foundation for dealing with a plan of arrangement, including tips on how to best approach one and how to navigate the pitfalls. Lucy will also cover how to deal with the corporate aspects and the courts, strategies for document management and financial statements, and what regulators want to see.
