Joshua R. Goodman will speak on the panel “Environmental & Toxic Tort - Contamination Examination: Groundwater and Soil Contamination Claims” at the 2022 CLM Focus: November. Joshua will present with Jeremy Jones of Young & Associates and Baoling Wang of Crawford Global Technical Services.
The panel will discuss the general types of contamination and their related issues and highlight the unique issues related to statutory and regulatory concerns and possible issues related to policy language. Panelists will also explore the environmental impact of contaminates and the migration of contaminates with various types of soil and subsurface. Panelists will then present remediation methods and review legal issues arising from soil and groundwater contamination.
