The webinar will address potential coverage issues for Professional Liability and Directors & Officers Liability insurers where blockchain technology or cryptocurrency is concerned. The presenters will introduce basic blockchain and cryptocurrency terms and explore coverage for events such as Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), SEC investigations or lawsuits, employee dishonesty, theft, and fraud. The presenters will discuss insurance available for cryptocurrency (cold and hot wallets) and identify issues on the horizon for insurers in the cryptocurrency space.
