Bill Davis will moderate a panel discussion titled “Bridge Loans for Commercial Real Estate” at the Real Estate Mezzanine Financing & High Yield Debt Forum hosted by the Information Management Network. The panel will discuss how a strong collateralized loan obligation (CLO) market has boosted bridge loan liquidity, the situations in which borrowers use bridge loans, and how this compares to other sources of capital. The panelists will also cover how lenders differentiate their programs from their competitors, the deals types that are most and least attractive to lenders, and new methods of financing bridge loans.
