Simon Fraser will present at a panel discussion hosted by BDO Business Restructuring Services titled, "Debtor Representation Issues in U.S. Tobacco Cooperative Inc. Bankruptcy Case."
Simon will speak on the issues that Cozen O'Connor encountered in representing the debtors as lead bankruptcy counsel in the chapter 11 cases of U.S. Tobacco Cooperative Inc., et al., in which the debtors successfully reorganized in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
