California’s singular Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) has been the "it" claim in wage and hour litigation for nearly two decades. However, PAGA was permanently altered this year by the Viking River Cruises, Inc. v. Moriana SCOTUS decision. But Viking River Cruises actually created more open questions on PAGA than ever before.
