The legal requirements and practical challenges for administering employee leaves continue to be one of the biggest headaches for California employers. Add to this the various new leave requirements arising out of the pandemic and employers are well-advised to stay on top of this issue as one misstep can result in an expensive lawsuit. This webinar will provide an update on the latest developments under the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), federal and Cal-OSHA and other local leave laws and will offer practical tips for managing your California workforce in compliance with applicable laws. We will then switch our focus to review California’s new Pay Data Reporting requirements – just in time for the March 31 deadline.
