The Black Lives Matter and Me Too movements, as well as COVID-19 and resulting economic impact, have sparked renewed focus on the importance and impact of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. Focusing on insurance industry stakeholders, this panel will discuss and evaluate previous diversity and inclusion efforts, current initiatives, and related ethical considerations for lawyers under ABA Model Rule 8.4.
