Steven Dickinson will present at a webinar hosted by The Iowa State Bar Association, titled " Current Issues with the Paycheck Protection Program." This webinar will include an extension of the original program and the new second draw program for companies that already received a Paycheck Protection Program loan. Steve will also examine the changes in the program for existing loans, deductibility of expenses paid with Paycheck Protection Program loans, interaction between Paycheck Protection Program and the employee retention credit, developments in forgiveness of loans and the “necessity” review process for Paycheck Protection Program loans.
