Christian Moretti and Beatrice Bottini will present a program on advanced corporate law issues to members of the Milan Bar Association. Christian and Beatrice will discuss the types of corporate structures used by Italian companies to set up and manage their U.S. operations and also address related financing and corporate governance issues.
