Melissa Brill and Laura Dowgin will present a Cozen O'Connor webinar titled, "Additional Insureds & Contract Indemnification Part II: An Open 'Office Hour' for Frequently Asked Questions" on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. By popular request, this webinar will be a follow up to the February 10, 2021 webinar, “Who is an Additional Insured? What Insurers Need to Know.” Attendance at the prior presentation is not a pre-requisite, as this presentation will still provide a basic overview of additional insured coverage and contract indemnification. The presenters will then proceed to answer frequently asked questions and discuss examples from practice and from case law.
