Shauna Ehlert and Terri Sutton will be speaking at the American Bar Association's Women in Insurance Network Virtual Regional CLE Program on November 5, 2020. Shauna will be moderating a panel titled, "Risk Retention Groups 101 - Everything You Need To Know" which will provide the audience with an understanding of the differences between risk retention groups and traditional insurers from a regulatory and legal perspective. Terri will be speaking on a panel titled, "Where’s Waldo? Uncovering the Latest Developments in COVID-19 Coverage." This panel will discuss the wave of coverage disputes (due to the coronavirus) that is passing over the business world for insurance coverage.
